This policy covers the design services you pay for on saodatkhonyunusovaelement.com or under an approved proposal — consulting sessions, executive projects, material and furniture specification and site follow-up. We do not sell or ship physical products through this website, so there are no returns of goods to send back.

There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future billing.

Refund period

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Please tell us in one or two lines what did not work for you; it helps us resolve it and, when you prefer, offer a revision instead of a refund.

How you are refunded

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval; card statements may take one or two billing cycles to show it. We do not charge any fee to process a refund.

Exceptions

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned, except in case of defect.

Third-party purchases

Furniture, materials, lighting and made-to-measure pieces bought from suppliers, workshops or stores follow that supplier's own return, exchange and warranty rules, even when we curated or coordinated the order. We will help you contact the supplier, but the refund decision is theirs.

Rescheduling

If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation or site visit, contact us at [email protected] or and we will look for a new date at no extra cost whenever our agenda allows.
