Saodatkhonyunusovaelement provides services in person or remotely: nothing is shipped physically. This page explains how you receive what you pay for.

No physical shipping

We sell interior design services, not boxed products. No parcel is dispatched and no shipping fee, freight, customs charge or handling cost is ever added to your order.

How the service is delivered

Appointments are scheduled with you after contact; the service is delivered at or remotely, as agreed. No shipping costs apply.

In-person work includes the initial briefing, measurements, material sampling and site follow-up visits. Remote work is delivered by video call and e-mail.

Digital deliverables

Drawings, layouts, mood boards, 3D views and specification lists are sent to the e-mail address you gave us at checkout, in the format and on the dates set out in your approved proposal.

If a file does not arrive, check your spam folder and then write to [email protected] or call and we will resend it.

Furniture, materials and custom pieces

When a project specifies furniture, finishes or made-to-measure elements, those items are supplied by third-party stores, workshops and manufacturers. Their delivery dates, freight costs and assembly conditions are set by the supplier and quoted to you before any order is placed. We coordinate and follow the schedule; we do not ship the items ourselves.
