Each engagement is defined in a written proposal that lists the scope, the deliverables, the number of revisions and the schedule. The proposal you approve prevails over any general description on the website.

This website is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain or NewsBreak, even if you reached us through an ad on one of those platforms.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. The full amount is shown before you confirm payment; there are no hidden fees added afterwards.

There is no subscription and no recurring or automatically renewing charge on this website. You pay only the amount stated for the service you contract.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved. We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

Third-party costs — furniture, materials, custom pieces, delivery and contractor labor — are not included in the design fee unless your proposal says so, and are quoted separately before any purchase is made on your behalf.

Scheduling, site visits and your responsibilities

Meetings, measurements and site visits are scheduled with you after contact and take place at or at your property, or remotely by video call, as agreed.

To keep the schedule, you agree to provide accurate measurements, plans and access to the space, and to give feedback and approvals within the deadlines set in the proposal. Delays by you, by third-party contractors or by suppliers may move the project timeline.

Intellectual property

All content on the website belongs to Saodatkhonyunusovaelement or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Drawings, mood boards, 3D views and specification lists produced for you are licensed for the execution of your own project at the address described in the proposal. They may not be resold, reused in another property or sent to third parties for reproduction without our written consent.

No guarantee of results

Results depend on individual factors; we do not promise specific outcomes. We do not guarantee any increase in property value, rental income, sales or business performance resulting from a design project, and we make no health or wellbeing claims.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, nor for the work, delays, prices or product quality of third-party contractors and suppliers you contract directly. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
